Title: Japan's Blood

Camera Used: Samsung L375 (Shows what even a 7.2 Megapixel camera can do)
Artist's Note: This photograph was taken whilst on a college field trip with my Model United Nations group peers in the woods of Wolverhampton, England. It was quite an enjoyable trip and a few other images which were taken in Wolverhampton are also featured in my gallery. About the piece, I believe the redness against the pale, white sky has a slight dramatic contrast - and the word "Japan" suddenly sprung to mind for a title, because Japan itself is a forward-thinking nation and are always at the frontline in all aspects. Not only does it correspond to the colours of Japan's flag, but it has a natural oriental feel, if I'm allowed to say so myself. And yes, despite this was taken much earlier than when the Japanese earthquake struck, I'm dedicating this to people who have tragically died and those who have been gravely affected otherwise - to let them know the rest of the Earth are thinking about them and are doing everything they can to help, even if it may be in the smallest of gestures. Do feel free to comment about this photograph or even what your thoughts were about the earthquake, as on Deviatart an artist's words never fall on deaf ears. And a small thanks to all the people who've commented and faved - this is my most popular photograph in my gallery.
